Marchiano is designed to make sourcing claims auditable instead of optimistic. Our operating standard is to separate what is verified, what is pending, and what the buyer should keep buying from the incumbent.

Send only information you want analyzed. Redact end-customer names, card data, bank data and other sensitive information you do not want reviewed.
Screenshot handling
Uploaded invoice or PO screenshots are used to extract visible purchase-line data. Raw screenshot data is not intentionally persisted in Marchiano application records; extracted structured line items and intake metadata are stored for sourcing analysis.
Quote integrity
Source identity, fitment, price, stock, freight and lead-time claims are presented only when the evidence supports them. A lower-price claim requires a comparable verified benchmark.
Returns & warranty
Return and warranty terms depend on the exact product and source. Marchiano verifies applicable terms before promising them and does not substitute a blanket guarantee for supplier-specific facts.
Problems & remedies
If an order is wrong, damaged or has a fit issue, Marchiano gathers the relevant evidence and coordinates the next step under the applicable source terms. Refunds, RMAs and replacements are not represented as automatic before the facts and terms are verified.
Credential honesty
W-9, insurance/COI, certifications and vendor approval are represented only when actually completed. Finding a supplier portal or submitting a profile is not the same as approval.
